Junior Executive
Responsibilities:
- Handle sourcing, quotation comparison, price negotiation, and purchase order issuance.
- Purchase raw materials, components, tools, machinery spare parts, and packaging materials required for production.
- Liaise with local and Oversea suppliers （such as China suppliers） regarding quotations, orders, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery to support production operations.
- Maintain proper purchasing records, supplier database, and documentation.
- Coordinate with production, inventory, and accounts departments to ensure smooth purchasing processes.
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned by Management from time to time.
Requirements:
- SPM/ Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.
- 1–2 years purchasing experience (manufacturing industry preferred).
- Fluent in Mandarin (Mandatory), English and Malay for effective communication with diverse suppliers, especially China based suppliers.
- Good negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are encouraged to apply as this role requires communication with China suppliers. Applicants must possess fluent reading, writing, and speaking skills in Mandarin.
